An Opportunity to Explore the World of Work
A training session for the students of the L. Spallanzani middle school in Casalgrande
Today, 23 third-year students from the Spallanzani Institute in Casalgrande were our guests for an educational experience within our company. This unique opportunity aimed to bring the students closer to the world of business, as part of the PMI Day Industriamoci, an initiative promoted by Confindustria to raise awareness among new generations about the dynamics of the industrial world.
Accompanied by our HSE Manager, the young students had the chance to explore various departments within our company and discover the stages involved in the production of our products. From the production cycle to quality management, each stop on the tour was an opportunity to learn and understand how technology and innovation integrate with business processes to offer modern and sustainable solutions.
The event started at ISI Academy, where the students received a theoretical introduction to molding processes and workplace safety. The group then moved to ISI-KitchenLab, where our Technical Director and his team explained the importance of testing to ensure the quality of our products. This experience enriched the students’ knowledge, encouraging reflections on the importance of responsible and sustainable choices, which are crucial in today’s industrial context.
The morning concluded with an open dialogue session, during which the students had the opportunity to ask questions, explore topics of interest, and gather insights for their future. This discussion highlighted the significance of conscious commitment, both professionally and personally, in building an innovative and sustainability-oriented work environment.
