Zero injuries for ISI Plast

10 July was a good day for the entire ISI Plast team, as the plastics company broke its own record for the number of accident-free days, which reflects the commitment of the entire staff to achieve this important result.

Passing this old milestone demonstrates the commitment of the entire ISI Plast team to achieving the company’s main KPI (key performance indicator): safety always comes first.

This important milestone, reached in the first half of 2023, was achieved thanks to various measures both in improving the manual handling of loads, improving the indoor environment by making it more comfortable, and above all by increasing internal training hours related to health and safety.

Only through involvement and participation at every level can the goal ‘Zero Accidents‘ be pursued and made possible.

For this reason, the record is not intended as a point of arrival but rather as a starting point for the continuous improvement of the entire ISI Plast team.

ISI Plast wanted to celebrate this important milestone through several hours of staff training and then celebrated with a cake customised especially for the occasion.
