ISI Plast Welcomes Students from the Buonarroti Technical Institute in Trento

ISI Plast reaffirms its commitment to the education and training of young talents by opening the doors of its company to students and schools, offering them a direct experience in the world of work.
On November 14th, senior students from the Buonarroti Technical Institute in Trento were welcomed at our headquarters for an educational visit that allowed them to get in touch with our operations, discovering up close the production processes and the importance of sustainability in the plastic lifecycle.
The visit began at ISI Academy, where ISI Plast professionals introduced the students to the main molding processes and the safety regulations necessary to work in an industrial environment. The entire path was designed to ensure the students’ safety, explaining to them the precautions to follow while visiting the company’s departments.

The core of the experience was a guided tour of the plant, during which the Environment and Safety Manager showed the students each phase of the production cycle. From the selection of raw materials to the processing and final storage in our automated warehouse, the students had the opportunity to observe up close the cutting-edge technologies and processes that characterize the production of high-quality plastic packaging.
Another key stop was the visit to ISI-KitchenLab, our in-house laboratory, where the Technical Director and his team of experts illustrated the main testing activities. Here, rigorous quality and material characteristics checks are carried out on the packaging materials used, to ensure they meet the highest standards.

The day ended with an interactive discussion, during which the students had the opportunity to ask questions and delve into topics related to the plastic lifecycle.
The meeting sparked great enthusiasm among the participants, with the students showing strong interest in careers related to the packaging industry and the plastic sector. ISI Plast reaffirms its commitment to training future generations by offering them a concrete and complete vision of how industrial technologies can be applied in a sustainable way, hoping to inspire new professional and academic paths in this field.
We are proud to welcome young students into our world because we firmly believe that hands-on training and collaboration with the educational system are crucial to building a more aware and innovation-driven future.
