Plastics comes to the theater with ISI Plast
Plastic has been a key player in our daily lives for decades, but in recent years it has often been at the center of a negative and demonizing view. To offer a different perspective, the Rubber and Plastics Group of Unindustria Reggio Emilia, in collaboration with ISI Plast and ALPLA, decided to present plastic in an innovative and engaging way.
This led to the creation of Deus ex Plastica, a theatrical performance that took place on November 14th at the Teatro Asioli in Correggio.
The aim of the initiative was to: tell, educate, and raise awareness about the importance of conscious plastic use.
This material, essential for progress, now requires special attention to continue offering its benefits without compromising the environment and the well-being of future generations. The performance had two distinct parts, but with a common goal. The morning was dedicated to students and teachers, so that young people – the future guardians of the planet – could reflect on the topic and fuel their interest in sustainable solutions.
The evening, open to the public, was inaugurated by ISI Plast’s CEO, Gianluca Melli, who highlighted the importance of participation and the relevance of the topic addressed. The event aimed to raise awareness in the community about the fundamental role of plastic in daily life, emphasizing the challenges related to its responsible management.
