ISI Plast introduces a natural ISI Trap system to improve the yard area
September 2023 saw the introduction of a new green area equipped with some gazebo and tables, an open-air space where all company employees can refresh themselves and relax under the shade of the gazebo.
The period between June and October is the period of greatest use of the ISI Plast green area but also the period of greatest mosquito growth.
To improve the quality of time spent in the Green zone, ISI Plast has placed a system of natural ISI Trap traps around the refreshment area, an invisible perimeter that prevents the development of mosquitoes and tiger mosquitoes.
The BG-Mosquitaire outdoor trap offers complete protection. It is equipped with a natural attractant that facilitates the capture of mosquitoes and prevents the formation of eggs and subsequent adult insects, thus greatly limiting the development of new colonies.
The traps are placed on pyramid-shaped metal structures. Their function is to protect them from rain and hail, but they do not limit the function of the traps themselves, which by means of generated air currents attract and trap the mosquitoes inside.
