ISI-BREAK the new break room for everyone’s well-being

ISI Plast continues its company renovations with the addition of a new ISI-BREAK relaxation room, the new room with a fresh, modern look equipped with the necessary comforts to cope with the now late summer climate.

In addition to the beverage and snack machines, ISI Plast has introduced the new dispenser of natural and sparkling drinking water for totally free use, from which employees will be able to refill themselves using the brand new thermal water bottles branded with the ISI Plast logo.

ISI-BREAK follows the renovation of offices and the Academy, it is an environment

cosy with the warm colours of the stone-effect porcelain stoneware of the wood panelling covering the walls and floors on which the coffee tables are placed, equipped with stools in a modern, industrial design.

For ISI Plast it is essential to create a favourable working condition for all employees, the presence of a new refreshment area is an additional tool to increase the company’s performance level. The link between employee well-being and company productivity is closely related: taking a break during the day is a necessary moment to maintain constant concentration and productivity into the company.

ISI-BREAK was developed to meet the need to improve the psychophysical well-being of all employees, but not only that, a common relaxation area allows for more interaction with colleagues. Even if only for a few minutes, a coffee together strengthens the members of a work team and consolidates the relationship of mutual trust, which is fundamental for the continuous and steady growth of the ISI Plast group.
