ISI Plast offers the Ovitrappola to combat mosquito growth

Like every year, spring has arrived and with it the wet weather has favoured the formation of water stagnation due to heavy rainfall, a perfect habitat for mosquitoes. Mosquito eggs need very little water to develop: puddles, saucers, manhole covers, all become possible breeding grounds.

ISI Plast contributes to the fight against mosquitoes with its natural product line ISI Trap, consisting of ecological traps to reduce the development of harmful insects.

The Ovitrappola, in particular, is an ecological and economical solution, with zero environmental impact, to combat the spread of mosquitoes. A practical and effective remedy to interrupt the life cycle of mosquitoes and tiger mosquitoes.

This practical black plastic trap with a cylindrical shape and a capacity of 1.4 litres prevents the formation of new adult insects. The water placed inside encourages the entry of mosquitoes that

lay eggs inside it, five days after being placed, it can be emptied into the ground to prevent mosquitoes from hatching from the eggs, which are eliminated in the absence of water.

The Ovitrappola should be placed in full shade, avoiding exposure to direct sunlight at a maximum ideal height of 50 to 60 cm above the ground.
